How early? We recommend getting to the given room 10 minutes ahead of the published start time for a panel or a solo presentation.

SXSW 101: How Do I Register and Book My Hotel?

The SXSW online registration system will lead you through the simple process of buying the badge of your choice. Confirmed SXSW attendees (registrants, exhibitors, etc.) then get access to the online Hotel Requester where they book their room through the SXSW Housing Desk.
